Position: Supervisor (Part Time)
Location: Salford
Salary: £16,560 base + monthly bonuses
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, part-time

The Role

As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example and help ensure the store delivers an outstanding customer experience every day.

This is a part-time role, working 22.5 hours per week. The successful candidate needs to be flexible across Monday to Saturday, with the store closed on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and elevate customer service standards within the store.
  • Ensure company and brand standards are consistently met, following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Achieve store and company KPIs.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the store.
  • Help create a positive, professional and customer-focused environment.

About You

  • Enthusiastic and energetic, with a passion for delivering great service.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, leisure or another service-focused environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to drive productivity during quieter trading periods.
  • Comfortable taking responsibility and supporting the wider team.
  • Interested in developing your career within a successful and expanding business.
